Planning the execution for multiple contracts at the same time is a complex and time consuming activity. Facing this challenge Normandia initially hired a freelancer to develop an app. This app helped organize projects, customers and employees in a visual mode.
Initially the app worked well but over time as more data was added and requirements changed the app worked slower and slower, and the original developer had a difficult time keeping up with changes. Normandia decided to use an external Google Drive Spreadsheet to complement the application. This led them almost at the same point they were initially.

What troubled the company’s processes?
